About Position

Elevate Life Counseling, LLC is a growing private practice seeking a motivated, relationship-focused therapist to join our team full-time as a 1099 independent contractor.

We are looking for someone who is clinically strong, personable, driven, and passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families. This position is ideal for a therapist who wants the support of an established practice while also building and growing their own caseload and professional identity.

This is not a passive referral-only position. While the practice will provide some client referrals, the ideal candidate must also be willing to network, market themselves, and actively build relationships within the community to grow their practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient therapy services for individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Build and maintain a full-time caseload
• Participate in networking and community outreach opportunities
• Promote personal clinical specialties and professional brand
• Collaborate professionally within a growing team environment
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care

Qualifications

• LISW, LPCC, LMFT, or independently licensed clinician preferred
• Candidates working toward independent licensure with strong clinical experience may also be considered (LSW,LPC, MFT)
• Experience working with couples and family systems preferred but not required
• Comfortable managing a full-time caseload
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated, self-directed, and growth-oriented
• Willingness to network and engage in community relationship-building is essential

Compensation

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with a 60/40 fee split, with the therapist receiving 60% of collected revenue.

The practice provides:

• Some client referrals
• Office space and practice support
• Brand presence and growth opportunities
• Administrative support systems

Therapists are expected to actively participate in networking, referral relationship building, and personal marketing efforts to continue growing and maintaining a full-time caseload.
